All Lockheed Martin employees looking to develop their leadership and management skills are eligible to join LMLA. A one time initial $20 enrollment fee is required and monthly dues for the Northern Virginia Chapter 538 are only $8.75 a month. Automatic paycheck withdrawal is available.
